Dr. Lisa and Grapevine Health are currently working with AmeriHealth Caritas DC to conduct outreach with AmeriHealth enrollees to learn how to improve health care experiences and how AmeriHealth can make them better.
In the current program, enrollee outreach may occur through text message, phone call and in-person events. Enrollees may be asked to complete surveys and participate in interviews or discussion groups. There are incentives/rewards available for participation that range from $50 to $125.
