The Costs of Healthcare

Dr. Lisa Fitzpatrick sits down with Dwayne Boyd, a community member who gained valuable insight from his life experiences. Boyd says that his HIPPA rights were blatantly violated during the AIDS epidemic, causing him to lose trust in healthcare providers. He also talks about the costs of healthcare and provides creative ways for the government to subsidize costs for community members. The two also discuss ways that community members could  be convinced to participate in coronavirus vaccine trials.
